Background of office relocation - To further promote diverse work styles -

As part of our respect for diverse languages, cultures, and ways of thinking, we laid out our own policy for working styles. Instead of forcing either working at the office or working from home, we encourage employees to freely choose a style that promotes balance between work and life. We aim to encourage a self-directing and efficient way of working.

Even before the spread of COVID-19, we have been actively adopting flexible work styles making full use of IT, in order to promote stable business activities even in overseas locations around the world such as Brazil, Thailand, and India.

On the other hand, since we do not see each others' faces as much as in the past, we have started placing more emphasis on communication. A flexible office space allows us to rent meeting rooms and spaces according to events, and we can maintain opportunities to communicate with other employees while promoting flexible work styles. The environment that CEO Sakanishi desired has been realized, which is to make the office a place where the employees can feel the warmth of people. Against this backdrop, we have decided to move from a traditional fixed office to a flexible office space WeWork Link Square Shinjuku, designed to suit the most productive working styles.

About the new office

With WeWork we can utilize private office space to increase security in a completely independent space. At the same time, it is possible to efficiently utilize the common space in the community lounge and common areas.
